This will be a very silly/degenerate game.
It will be played using the debug mod

Era won't matter much, but needs to be picked.
Or we'll just use the all nations all eras mod.

Hosting method will be determined by the available options.
It is estimated the game will last 1-2 months on a 48 hour update cycle. the game will get very busy very fast.
