Mod Banner

I just can't figure-out why I can't use this banner. Whenever I load it, all of the color is scrambled.

I am hoping one of you can find where the problem is located.

Please let me know.

what i did to get mine working was make it all in photoshop, then open up the original banner.bmp, past my image in (so it dithers everything using the correct pallet), flatten and save.

np. I've always hated/had trouble with custom pallet stuff, and I've found this to be the easiest and most reliable way for me:)
