Ability stacking

I know how some unit specials stack - Fear and Awe are easy enough to work out, for instance. I'm not sure how Blood Vengeance stacks, though.

For example, if a B2 Pandemoniac wears the Flesh Ward then casts Blood Vengeance, what is the final value he gets?
