MR check for Wepons
 
Does anybody know how to force a MR check for the primary effect of a new weapon? I personally can't find a way to do so as of yet.

Not possible at the moment. Only existing weapons that have the MR negates quality can do that. Would be a mighty useful weapon modding command, though, if we had #mrnegates
