Protection of the Sepulchre doesn\'t affect Knights

of the Unholy Sepulchre.

I'm playing Ermor LA and have some of the Knights of the Unholy Sepulchre under a prophetised Censor. Every battle he only ever casts Protection of the Sepulchre but the Knights aren't affected. Is this intentional? Also, why doesn't the Censor ever try to cast anything else?

I did do a quick search, I'm probably doing something wrong

I am. Two seconds after I posed this I realised it's magic resistance negates and because they start with higher magic resistance they are less likely to get it. Apologies.

The protection is affected by MR, meaning that units with high MR will not benefit from the spell as often as units with low MR. It might still be useful to cast it as it is more important to protect the stronger troops from banishment.

My suggestion would be to increase the effectiveness of your priests by equipping spell penetration items. You may not prefer to do this with all your priests, but I would surely do this for my profit.

Also, for MA Ermor, the spell penatration items are very helpful with Apostacy and the various Astral spells you are likely to use. Also in MA, you have access to communions, which boost your paths and lead to higher chances of penatration.

That said, it is annoying when the script runs out and all the mages start casting Protection, when you really would like them to Smite the fleeing enemy...
