What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
I recently designed a new god for an SP game and her divine titles are "Princess of Nature, Queen of the Healing Arts, Bewerage, Goddess of Birth, Queen of Mountains.".
Naturally, that makes me wonder what exactly is a "Bewerage" and how does it relate to my goddess? (A W4E4S4N4 Great Enchantress) |
Re: What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
She is the personification of spirit brewing, goddess of wine, the everloved one. :p
At least thats my guess hah. |
Re: What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
A typo that should read "Beverage" probably, which would probably be derived from the water magic. But that particular title could be improved.

Re: What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
If it is indeed beverage then it really needs some work.
Otherwise we should start seeing "Crusher, The Destroyer of Nations, The Spirit of Retribution, Crouton, God of Rebirth, Soup". |
Re: What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
Maybe she mixes mean brews. After all, she creates lots of supplies every month.

Re: What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
yes, I think it's suppose to be 'Brewerage'

Re: What\'s \"Bewerage\"?
The word "bewerage" seems to reference a place that produces drinks, or the source of drinks, especially alchoholic ones. It seems to be a professional term, or possibly a colloquialism. As for a precise dictionary definition, I can't find one. It's a really rare word, if real, but if you google it, the word itself, used with the meaning above, does get some hits. Mostly, it just brings up the misspelled word "beverage".
Maybe the Devs can illuminate us further, but I think it was meant to be as it is, and isn't a typo. Don't forget, this game uses a *lot* of archaic terms, which this may be one of. Ofcourse, I could be very, very wrong. |
