undead healing
I read about this in a post not too long ago (so apologies for asking again), but can't find it.
Anybody know the precise mechanics of healing for undead (i think it changed with the new patch too)? I have a wraithlord coming out of a fight with 3 afflictions. One heals immediately, the other 2 are still there after another turn (maybe they will go away in the future). What determines whether their afflictions heal? Will all of them heal? Does it depend on the type of affliction? Any insights would be appreciated. |
Re: undead healing
Undead do not heal afflictions. Immortal beings do. Immortality supersedes undeath. FAQ.

Re: undead healing
really? but I know that he had one more affliction (at the end of the battle) that just went away?

Re: undead healing
Yep, he's immortal, thus heals afflictions.
Some will stay longer. Cripple, neverhealing wound etc. Limps and stuff are easy to get rid of. |
Re: undead healing
Aah, now I get it. That's good to know, I always grow attached to my wraithlords and hate to see him having to go through life like that http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
Even though some are easier than others to get rid of, sooner or later he would get rid of all afflictions, right? Thanks! |
Re: undead healing
Yes, he will get rid of all affliction, but if you think it's life he's going
throught, you're way off :-) |
Re: undead healing
True, but on the other hand I guess that's all a matter of perspective, right?
I mean, if I were a mean old undead bastard going around killing entire armies, pillaging and plundering at will, I'd probably feel like I'm living quite the life! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |
