Icons and Next Patch
 

Good Day,

Is there a possibility that the new Icon work that has been posted here will be included in the next patch. I'm asking as I'm about to start "mounting" some in shp files and if they will be in the next patch would save me a lot of time.

My next question I suppose I'll get no answer to but no harm in trying, any ideas on the patch release date even a ballpark assessment?? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

1/ No. But if you like them then feel free to use them in your SHP files but adding anything like that before the patch goes out takes the chance that any revised Icon files we issue with the patch will overwrite any third party additions you make. And before you ask. NO I am not issuing a list of changed SHP files as the patch is a WIP

2/ The patches will be ready late April - early May.

Just the info I needed and thanks for the reminder to be aware of shp file changes in the next patch.

I'll be waiting with my catchers mit in the ballpark, thanks for that info as well.
