Patchy?

I've been keeping an eye on the progress page and it says that patch 3.16 should be out by now, but I can't download it anywhere, was it too buggy to let out or something??

It is possibly just in beta at the moment.

Not released for public yet, being beta tested. It has some stuff to iron out and test further first.

Is the behavior fixed that starting a game from the command line inserts VPs in the game by default? It's quite annoying.
