Map Creation Question
 

Is there any way to rapidly "flip" the setup for a map, like if I have a winter map; and I want to flip it into a summer map, is there a shortcut to avoid having to redraw each specific map tile?

Reason I'm asking is I did a summer map of the Damansky island area on the boarder between Russia and China in the summer, and I'm now doing a winter version, with frozen swamps, etc; and it's getting to be a bit tedious to change every thing manually...
