Would giving armor to off board artillery have any effect?
I am thinking about off board SPA artillery vs counterbattery fire here. Also is the size parameter a factor in off board counterbattery?

Any armour that may have crept into the OOB's for off map arty is ignored. Ditto for size

Another related question: do morale and experience increase have an appreciable effect on off board artillery performance (thinking mainly but not only about counterbattery here)?

Obviously.

Morale affects rallying when the battery is made to retreat, as well as the chance of running away in the first place when struck by CB fires.

Experience affects whether it fires CB fires given the opportunity, and response times for requests for fire.
