Dom 3 FAQ -- Ignore this thread

Looks like we need a new FAQ. If anyone has any suggestions for what ought to go in it, I'll volunteer to monitor the FAQ.

Why was the old FAQ deleted? Aren't there things in it that would still be usable?

See the Dom 3.15 DB thread for details. Apparently the FAQ was a private project, not community property, so Edi took it down with his other projects.

I'm sure there are things in it that would have been usable, but I don't have a copy of it. If we do start a new FAQ, it needs to be guaranteed to be community property and not subject to ownership by an individual. Otherwise I doubt individuals will contribute to it and it will wind up being a one-man project.

Oh, I missed the things that happened in the Dom3 DB thread.

Too bad. Wrana has a backup from 10/31/07 on the net, if somebody wants to pick up the FAQ from that.
