can\'t build troops
 

when i queue troops they don't appear in the next turn, they just stay queued.

The only thing i can guess is that unrest is causing it. Can unrest cause this to happen?

Yes, if it's over 100.

doh, i didn't know that. i always tax 200 my capitol and this has probably happened lots of times and i never noticed.

Don't remember reading it in the manual, or maybe i missed it.

Try page 45.

Constant taxation at 200, even if you're patrolling, is petty bad for your economy in the long term. Your capital's population will be dropping at an unpleasant rate.

I figured if it allows you to build a massive army you can do alot of damage to the enemy, which could make it worth it. In small 1v1's it seems to be effective for killing quick, but if it is doing alot of damage to my economy i'll stop doing it in big games.
