Colour of the terrain
 

Is it possible to change the colour of the terrain for battles when it is snow? It really hurts my eyes and I would love to be able to change it from white to something just a bit less strong, light grey or something, anything.

I know that snow is white :-p but I just find it almost painful to look at for more than few minutes.

All you can really do is try adjusting your monitor for snow battles.

Wdll, I have similar problem and not just with SP, I find playing with the brightness level on the screen helps. I also find killing great swaths of enemy armour helps as well on those vast open steppes or farmer's fields.
