Underwater problem
I wanted to get rid of one of those pop-eating Ba'al's and some rephaite warriors. I used the gate stone to take them into a water province--I gave him a barrel of air to survive the jump. Next turn I took away the stone and the barrel--and he didn't die.
They aren't marked as amphibious, why is he still alive and eating my people? (The gate stone is currently on another commander who doesn't have a lab.) I can also confirm the previously reported bug of Alt-B allowing blood hunting underwater. He just found 11 girls. |
Re: Underwater problem
They won't drown before you generate a new turn. It sounds as if they have stayed under there for several turns, though, if you've been hunting in there.

Re: Underwater problem
What map are you on? I know in Cradle there is at least one province that appears to be a water one but is not. Could that be what is happening here? See if an ordinary land unit can just move on to it?

After this I moved it to #312 just to see if it was something to do with the province or the Naiads there. Nope, it still lived. I gated it back to the dead zone it came from and things got even stranger--I got a starvation message. Oh--I had forgotten that I added a stray militia to the group. The militia didn't drown, either. |
