Mod Wish Shortlist request

I'd like to request something we've wanted for a long time, which I don't see on the shortlist yet:

#landonly - Unit is non-acquatic, non-amphibian - this will remove those abilities from existing units which have them.

Yep. I tried to make an "Above Water" mod which removed all such abilities from all units, but it was a huge amount of work and not entirely possible to do without losing some units and/or changing their abilities.
