Maximum Heroes?
 

I was just wondering if there was a maximum number of heroes that might show up for a race, given that there are multiheroes and such. I've been playing a very long single player game with maximum luck scales. I got five heroes in the first 25 turns but then have gotten no more in nearly twice that long. I realize that even with max luck scales, getting five heroes in 25 turns is probably way above the statistical average, but getting none over 50 turns is probably way below. I'm thinking now that I simply got the allotted number a race is allowed.

There are six slots for normal heroes since the last patch. Before that, the limit was 5. In addition, there can be 2 multiheroes IIRC.

All nations don't use all the slots, though. Your nation probably doesn't have any multiheroes, and thus got all of its heroes early in the game.
