How do you use that icon maker?

I wan't to make era looking leopard 2.

By 'icon maker' I assume you mean SHPed?
First try to use it, open the help file if needed, it's very comprehensive.

But first thing first, you have to create your icon. You can use any image editor for this, just stick to Bitmap format. The MOBhack OOB editor can extract specific icons if you need (press F5).
