OT: Schedule / Calendar program
What's a good schedule/calendar program you've used?
I finally decided to actually use one instead of think about it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif Thanks. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |
Re: OT:
Google Calendar is the most scalable, i feel but I'm sure web2.0 has churned out a few thousand alternatives. LifeHacker normally has articles about productivity which mentions a new useful calendar program.

Re: OT: Subject man, subject!
I use Google Calendar myself. Haven't found anything non-web based that doesn't suck. The only thing missing is the lack of auditory alarms, though I need those so rarely I just use the Windows Task Scheduler to play an MP3 at the required time. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif

Re: OT: Subject man, subject!
Hmm...I want one with auditory alarms or at least a pop-up.

Re: OT: Subject man, subject!
Does your PC have Vista? Vista's got a built-in calendar app called Windows Calendar...
As for Google Calendar, I think you can set it to do popups if you install the Google Desktop client... |
Re: OT: Subject man, subject!
But it won't sound off. I use a separate program for an alarm clock
