Tech support? Where is it?!

had trouble with playing after patch. I have been told to go to the techsupport, but I haven't been able to find it? If anybony knew this ancient secrets..... Links,please....

Thanks. I'm 2329 and I wwish I will soon be able to play Dom3 version 3.14 and continue working on my mod.
