Unrest and recruitment
I started a new single player game last night. In my 2nd province there were a couple of random events that brought the unrest in that province to 100. All I had in the province was a mounted indy commander that I set to patrol.
I set a few units to be recruited there, but upon looking at beginning of next turn , nothing was recruited. At what point does unrest interfere with the recruitment process? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |

500 is highest I think.

Actually, any unrest will interfere with recruitment as the available resources will drop. 100 is when it stops recruitment entirely, as per Dedas.

Unrest interferes with recruitment, period. Your available resources are reduced by the unrest percentage.
Obviously, for unrest at 100 or above this means there are no resources available and nothing will be recruited. |
