Mothballs get experience?!
 

Hm, I thought ships in mothball are without crews.
But the ships in mothball are getting experience.

I think that makes mothball much to nice.

Are you sure about this? IIRC, I have seen mothballed ships loose all experience.

About ships I m not sure.

But fleets are getting experience.

Fleets do, ships don't. A "fleet" in the game is kind of an abstraction, and thus can't be mothballed. Think of it as a Fleet Commander getting training http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif
