Mothball Message During PBeM Turn Generation

I am hosting a PBeM game v1.41 and during the host turn generation I got a popup message for another player saying "Cannot Mothball: You cannot mothball a ship carrying cargo." Obviously this is an error, does MM know about it?

Why is this a bug? It's intended this way.

I think the problem is that it showed up during turn generation rather than during a player's turn.

That's it exactly. I'm the host, not the player whose ships can't be mothballed. It actually stops the generation until I clear the message.

Obviously, no Messages should be displayed during that time.

Search the PBW forums if nobody pipes up here first with more details.

[edit]
OK, I found the details myself. Georgig wrote a custom program for PBW to deal with this, because none of the freeware they tried was adequate. That's less helpful to you than I thought it could be.
