Help Purchasing This Game

Hello, I am an expat living in Hong Kong and would like to buy this game for mac. I have found no good way to do so and would rather not pay $25 shipping and wait 25 days for it. Is there any way I can download it off a site or does anyone know of a site located in Hong Kong I could buy it from?

At one point I thought we had a reseller in Japan, but I don't know if that is still true.
