Can you enslave and keep normal horrors?

Normal horror and lesser horror, not the unique doom horrors, is it possible to keep them as normal troops?

Only if you Wish for them or enslave them after they return from hell.

Nope. Only Horrors that are Wished for and those who have returned from hell (regardless of how they were summoned).
