Some game machanic questions
 

1) What exact patrol bonus does one gain from the Eyes of God and does it depend on dominion streight in province (my guess it does)?
2) I have a Sun Slayer, if I script the commander wielding it to cast spells he would do "Drain life" all the time, if I script him to atack - he would only atack and wouldn't cast life drain. Is there some way to script him to atack and use "Drain Life" if needed?

1. Dunno. The spell description just says that it make finding stealth units easier, so it may not add to Patrol at all.

2. Put the commander on Attack, but make sure his last command is Cast Spells. Once the commander is in melee he will cast spells and fight in in melee (alternating randomly). He won't cast Drain Life as needed, but he will cast it sometimes and that should be enough.
