OK, so we've had the EEE and the EEEvil, now I think the Rage need a counterpart.

I propose the MINCE. Like the rage, but considerably less agressive... I've attached a sample image.

The speech file alone would be great fun.
"I like your new shoes."
"Sorry love, I can't help you in the {SYSTEM NAME}, I've just had my nails done."
"Ooooh, you *****!"

Anyone think they could take it on?

I believe that the Vaxin are the counterpart of the Rage.
