British Armour Icons
 

Don,

I added camo to six British armoured vehicles. Some Brit tanks, like the Challenger, Comet and Churchill, already have this type of camo.

If you think you may be interested in any of these for the next update, feel free to use them or change them as you see fit.

I've attached a zip file with the BMP files.

Also, here's a jpg showing 'before and after' of the vehicles I adjusted:

I gave the CS tank a white star aircraft ID icon. I know the star was standard by June 44, but not sure when GB starting using them. Only having the CS tanks with white star, has been useful to instantly find this asset among similar tanks.

Challenger Icon0006.26+27
This already had camo, I adjusted the green.

Cromwell VII Icon0023.22+23
I only adjusted the green on this one.

I know I shouldn't ask, but roughly when is the next update coming out anyway?

When we find (1) the time and (2) the motivation. Both of which are in short supply ATM.

The "plan" is the release the WW2 update first. Maybe (MAYBE!!!) December 2008 ( it all depends on point 1 and 2 mentioned above. ) and then release the MBT update late winter 2009 ( also depending on P1 and P2 above )

We won't be doing a double release this time around. WW2 will come first

Well I know what I want for Christmas then ;)

Hang in there with the whole motivation thing, which I know really needs to come from within; but for what it's worth: This is still the best game I've ever played; and your work is very much appreciated.
