Perm Sub Needed For MA Pangaea

Pangaea disappeared in the game Origin, so we're in need of a sub. They are not currently at war with anyone (that I know of).

They control a fairly decent amount of land & forts, but are now slightly behind in research. It would be a shame to have to set them to AI. Game is currently at turn 20.
