possible bug in OOB12 (US Army)

US Army OOB12, the data for 12in Naval Gun (Weapon 194) & 14in Naval Gun (Weapon 196)

12in Naval Gun (Weapon 194)
Warhead size: 17
HE penetration: 7
HE Kill: 51

14in Naval Gun (Weapon 196)
Warhead size: 13
HE penetration: 5
HE Kill: 37

The stats look odd. Shouldn't 14in be more powerful than 12in? I think maybe these data should be swapped. Or is it the real case?

Best Regards

Some of the naval guns do seem rather odd, so they will need looking into.

The 14 inch naval guns should be a 19 WH not 13 and the HEkill should be 61 not 37. ( see Japan's 14 inch gun ) This will apply to USMC and Britian as well

We will review all the naval guns for errors today

For the record a "bug" is something that happens while a program is running that isn't expected or wanted. An "error" is simply that. That's the difference between a "bug" and an "error". This is an error not a bug

All fixed now.

The only really bad ones were the US, USMC and UK 14 inch guns. There were a dozen of so other errors in the OOB's Naval guns but all of those were a 1 point problem either WH or HEK too high or too low
