Is in section Misc-> Utility Vehicle.
Its passengers (Scouts, Inf-AT and etc.) receive losses from bombardment from a small arms.

On mine, it is a mistake.
Others similar armored car protect the passengers from a small arms.

It's got 1 armour all around and 2 on the front. It will protect against anything with a 1 penetration so maybe somebody was firing something a bit heavier than just a rifle ?? Save games are always great for figuring out what happened....

If the small arms was 12.7mm HMG, note that it has a HE penetration of 1.

.........as do .50's but they are not being killed IN the vehicle but when they bail out after taking fire. There's nothing wrong with the unit
