TF Movement Distance / CE % Pop-Up Info
 

Is there a reason why the following occurs? On Turn 1 only?

When you create a TF and then try to send it out on Turn 1 you DO NOT get a pop-up info box in the lower right of the screen telling you the distance to the targeted base and the CE% for that TF.

But if you create a TF on Turn 1 and then wait a turn before giving that TF its first mission. Then when you try to target the base, a pop-up info box DOES appear in the lower right of the screen telling you the distance to the targeted base and the CE% for that TF.

On turn 1, there is no CE penalty because it's assumed you can "preposition" the ships before the war starts.
