can you first explain what is it? Is it just a new map or something else? If it's a map could you give a preview?

It seems to be a generated map with no additions.
(yeah I know. Like I should talk)

I dont see any particular balance. There are many enhancements you could add. Such as naming the province so that there are no duplicates. And checking the neighbors since the Dom3 generator does do a perfect job of deciding what is or isnt a logical neighbor.

Maybe add a few map-images from other maps and programs. A strange building, or a cave. Then edit the map so that province fits the new icon you added.
