Finding Opponents
 

Since this game has no in game browser to see who is looking for a multiplayer game, the forum needs a couple of features not currently present. First off, we need to know which other users are looking at the forums. Almost every forum I visit lists who is looking at that forum at the time. So I can see if Joe is on, and can send Joe a PM asking him for a game.

Even better would be a chat room. Many forums have this now. A small chat room people can enter from the forums. That would make it very easy to find a game since anyone looking for a game could enter the chat room and find others to play against.

Looking around a little more, I found that there is a chat room for these forums. Its linked at the top next to 'Forum Rules'.

You can create your own room, so a 'War Plan Pacific' room can be made to wait for opponents in. So it appears a post in the 'Opponents Wanted' forum, combined with waiting in chat is going to be the best way to find a multiplayer game.
