Subscribed threads
 

In my user CP I managed to get it to show a little link on all subscribed threads that said click to unsubscrbe or similar below the thread title but I cant get it back. How do I activate it as this means you can quickly unsubscribe from them in that screen.

Do you mean how to find that page again? If so, in your UserCP scroll down to Subscribed Threads, then to List Subscriptions/View All.

The default is set so that you are automatically subscribed to any thread you start or in which you post a reply. You can turn this default off or modify how you want to be notified, whether instantly, daily, weekly or not at all, by going to Setting and Options, then to Edit Options. On the Edit Options page scroll down to Default Thread Subscription Mode.

When a subscribed thread gets a new post it appears in your User CP with Reply Unsubscribe under the thread name. As this thread is still active i do not want to unsubscribe. Once it becomes inactive as in no new posts I then want periodicaly to clear my subscibed threads out. So you press view all subscibed threads. Now they no longer contain Reply Unsubscribe links. So without spending ages opening each link & unsubscribing from its page then going back to userCP opening all links & repeating how do I do it.
In a nutshell I want to know how I get the Unsubscribe link to appear without someone posting in that thread

Its Ok I found out what to do
Select threads you want to unsubscribe from with checkbox
Scroll to bottom & selection box with default move to folder select unsubscribe
