Berserk Blood slaves
I'm archiving a turn, until an MP game is over.
Girls gone wild is what I'd call it. a). Blood slaves immediately move to attack. b). They take no casualties, yet, at the end of the combat they disappear. Anyone got any ideas. I was just ferrying slaves when the convoy got attacked... I *think* the commander being at his command limit entered into it. But I"m not sure... ideas? |
Re: Berserk Blood slaves
Blood slaves arent controlled by the command limit, since they are technically gems. If, however, they were turned into actual units in a previous battle then all manner of wackiness could have happened.

Re: Berserk Blood slaves
Command limit isn't normally an issue I think. AFAIK as long as you have even a point of command magical creatures you should in theory be okay in a fight. Maybe if you had none at all something would happen, but I'd have expected them to flee.
Combat replay bug perhaps? As it's MP, you can always check the other player saw something similar. |
Re: Berserk Blood slaves
I had no magical command at all.
Simple case of a commander ferrying slaves. At the very start of the combat, the girls charge forward.... |
Re: Berserk Blood slaves
yeah, if you get attacked carrying them with a non-blood commander, I think they turn into regular units. Which sucks, because they are useless then. Always sneak carry them with a scout or somesuch.

Re: Berserk Blood slaves
You know, I almost always do.
I think I just forgot the reason why = ) |
Re: Berserk Blood slaves
I actually accidentally took a low PD border province with a commander and ~25 slaves, it was fairly epic. Let's see your scout do that by accident. ;)

Re: Berserk Blood slaves
I just did a test attack with a scout and a few slaves. They did not go wild.
