Sub needed: LA Agartha

Need sub for LA_Agartha, turn 80 (with artifacts mod and Conceptual Balance), artifacts game because I have too much going on in personal life to be able to play at the necessary pace. No active war is occurring at the moment, but there is sure to be one in the next few turns, so jump in fast. I am in a good position right now.
