Hs 129 armour value

"Ilyushin Il-2... Pilot and engine were enclosed in in welded shell, with a thickness varying between 4 mm and 12 mm. The windscreen was 65mm thick." Armour weight 990 kg

"Hs 129... 6 mm to 12 mm thick and with a 75 mm windscreen... the box was as small as possible" Armour weight 1075 kg.

In-game the Ilyushins have an armour value of 2 the 129s have an armour value of 1.

Shouldnt the 129s have an armour value of 2 also?
