Red,Green,Blue OOB's

Do the Red,Green,and Blue OOB's represent generic geographic area's like the Red and Green in winSPMBT?

OK got it. Should have just scrolled down abit last night.

The WinSPWW2 and WinSPMBT game guides would make nice coffee table books.
