Does anyone have informatioin or instructions on how to mod the politics. I dont quite understand how the percentages and anger level work. I want to be able to edit this file. I dont understand how I can be at war and the empires feelings for me go from murderous to brotherly and not want to sign a treaty. We've been at war for more than 40 turns.
