A question about drones
 

(Sorry for my poor english)
Hello

Can anyone tell me what drones are? How you can build them? The "Load cargo" order accepts drones as cargo. The manual doesn't mention them. Some of the txts od the data directory also mention them, but in the game i have not found them. What am i doing wrong?

Drones are not yet implemented in SE4. They are mentioned in some places, but there is no way to build or use them yet.

WHAT ARE DRONES?, Drones are pilotless airplane,helicopter,or ship controlled by radio signals.
How MM implement them is unknown.
Master players on this site suggested as:
# 1) A big domesday weapon that launches from a players planet to damage / destroy enemy planet.
# 2) A way to transport troops or fighters very fast to locations for renforcement defense or offensive measures.
# 3) A moving stop & go spy & clock detection satilite.
# 4) A moving explosive weapon to destroy enemy targets like mines or satalites in one clash.
# 5) To explore,scan solar systems without the use of starships.
With these ideas ; you can see advantage without those expensive starships. Hope this helps.
