Dwarven hammers

Have searched the forum for this and the rule book, but could not find the mention on which magic path (presume Earth 2)/school levels etc are required for this.

Construction? conjuration?

Construction is the only school of research that has any bearing on what items can be forged. Every two levels is a threshold (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) at which more items become available.
