Did anyone notice that Air Domes can be cast more than once on the same province?

Did anyone notice that ALL those Air Domes have effect, meaning that you take one dome out, and there are still as many as you cast that keep protecting the province?

So for example in CBM where air domes are only 5 gems and still have 80% chance of stopping a spell, you are not limited to only one 5 gem, no upkeep dome, but to as many as you can cast, say 10 domes. Their effects are not combined but still, having multiple free, and by free I mean no upkeep domes, sounds like an exploit to me.

I messed thing up and I though I erased this thread somehow, but just placed it in the wrong place so I have a double thread now.
