Permanent sub (or two) needed to take over said team in team game Preponderance.

Top position, 100+ provinces as a team, a shot at winning the game shortly before inevitable dogpile.

Dear child raised with love and nurtured with care, given away due to one team member's too long work assignment abroad and other's injury.

So anyone interested? They still have really good chance to win. And map is really interesting. One-time chance to beat Micah and QM :)

Atul would just stomp over everyone, but he was so unlucky to get an affliction that makes it playing turns rather hard.

Um, I mentioned (in the 'List of Games...' sticky) how I was wanting to "dip my toe into the pool" as it were, regarding 'at large' MP play. If you think this would be a good opportunity to get my feet wet, as it were, I'd happily join/sub in.

I've never done it before though, mind you. And I would need some 'walk-through' about how to get it going. But I'd be willing to give it a go, if you really needed someone. It would help me get my 'foot in the door' too, regarding 'international MP play' as it were, which I would really appreciate.

So, I'll gladly sub-in, if someone can walk me through the necessary steps regarding joining 'at large' MP games.

While we are looking for a sub, I think it is the worst possible game to sub in for a newbie. Mods, uncommon map with very special settings and very late game with lots of nasty stuff.

That's cool.

Like I said though, I'm not a total newbie (having played a lot/some MP with my friends), but it sounds like you've got something really "out there" going on, which would probably be very hard to jump into. I'll take your word for it, and hope you keep me in mind for some future game :)

Well, one rival nation has 170 clams.

P.S. I thought you have 7 posts, not thanks. Anyway, take a look at last game of the thread, take a look at the map file. Game has some issues recently, so hard to say if sub is needed anymore.

LOL, sounds like an ugly place for anyone to jump in, especially someone who's looking to got their toes wet (even if they've had 7 'thanks' - I've just been circumspect about my posts, that's all).

Late game action is not what I'm looking for at this point, don't know what I'd come up with against the "which-master" with his 170 pearls! Beg to be his slave most likely... ;)

Guess I'll look for a new game, or to sub in for one that isn't so far along... :)
