A new mod to try
I have been messing around with a few mods for awhile and decided to post my most recent modification for feedback - If anyone decides to try it!
It can be found in the mod forum for data files the mod is called : Mod1.zip This mod includes: New Component pictures: -Added a Standard Fighter missile component picture. (Comp_088.bmp) -Added a point defense picture for improved point defense component. (Comp_089.bmp) -Added the new components to the Component.bmp file Weapon Platform: -increased ranges for weapon mounts- Formations: Included formations from TDM mod pack and others. Seeking weapons: -faster moving seeking weapons. -New Speeds: CSM=11, Plasma Missiles=14-15, All other seekers=12 Point Defense: New Image in components, Comp_089.bmp -Improved Point defense weapons I, II are more effective against shielded fighters and have slightly longer range. Armor: Uses existing component images. -Nano Armor I, II, III , higher DR and regeneration. Fighters: Fighter Missiles; all move at Speed=10 -standard warhead, New Image in components Comp_088.bmp -Phased warhead -Null-space warhead . Ai's fighter designs adjusted to use fighter missiles but still use original primary weapons in their designs. New Mine Warheads: -Null-space warhead, -Tachyon warhead, -Ion warhead. note: Ai does not use new mine warheads, it Doent make sense for them to do so.
