Russian SPATGM question

Formation 72 units 386 & 387
Could test I suppose but was wondering both are BRDM-2 Konkurs but unit 387 has / after the name.
It carries 6 HEAT & 4 HE rounds rather than 10 HEAT rounds.
The question is what do the high energy rounds represent is there a difrence?
HE Pen is listed as zero so soft target missiles?

Yes it's a soft target WH. Look at the HE kill.
