Modding+Territory Questions
 
Can spells be modded so that they can only be cast inside a cave province or onto one? (If not what about wasteland?)

Can you disallow to build castles in cave provinces?

1) Not moddable at the moment

2) No. If cavefort is not specified, it will be the default fort type for the nation.

What if you #copyspell something that can only be cast in a certain territory? For example, if you #copyspell "Hidden in Sand" you might get a spell that can only be cast in Wasteland....
