Lachy - a new take on Poland ;)

Hello!

Remember my old mod - Polod?
Well, it wasn't that perfect, but some people liked it.
So i thought - why not make something better? ;)

And so, I present unto You:
My new mod - Lachy!! (tadam!!) :D

Some info:
The mod is based on my older mod - it can be found in some of my older posts.
As the older one, this is also based on Polish history and folklore (well, loosely based).
There is an EA, MA and LA nation.
MA and LA are missing some heroes and spells right now - will be updated.
There are new: units, commanders, spells, pretenders, nations, names.

I've tested it in play, and i think it's playable. I think there are some nice strategies available with the new nations.

(edit)Almost forgot!:
The EA and MA flag sprite was done by Sombre.

(update)
Version 0.55
- added a commander for EA - Woman of the Forest
- changed the Geslarz a little - no longer healing, now nobadevents 10
- fixed a few other minor things

Version 0.5
- one of the heroes had the "black aura" effect - fixed
- added one hero for MA and LA

Count me as one who liked your Polod mod! Will this one copy over Polod or will I have 2 versions of the mod if I download this later? Just curious and thanks for the update.

This one will copy over Polod.

You'd have to use the mod combining script to use both, as they use the same nation numbers, unit numbers and so on.

Nice sprites! I'll be sure to give this one a gander once I have the time.

But anyways, do you mind if I use a slight edit of the Ichtwyn sprite for the Bretonnia mod? I already stole your cape effect for some the Lords ( http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showp...1&postcount=30 ) and I'd feel rather uncomfortable to steal more without your permission.

Oh man, that is some serious thread necromacy... at least a D9 spell must have been used :p

Anyway - i never finished this mod, but i did change a few things, like making the eagle white :). The newest ver is attached to this post.
Hope you like it, as i had to perform quite a search to find it in my archives and check if it worked.

I love thread necromancy.

Half my ancestors fled the Russian controlled areas of Poland back in late 19th centuries, so I find myself strangely interested in this :-)

One of my friends has just informed me that the version i provided wasn't the last one. And i've just realized he is right. This time i'm certain its the right one.

There were a few changes, but i lost the changelog, so... :p Only thing i remember is it was made to be compatible with ver 3.27.
