bug with cloaked ships and happyness
title says it all. enemy cloaked ships in your system affect the local happy value. this probably should not be.
edit: okay, i have not tested it with actual cloaking devices. to be specific, enemy ships obscured by a nebula have an adverse effect on the local joy quotent. ------------------ "...the green, sticky spawn of the stars" (with apologies to H.P.L.)
