Storms machine gun: Bug or feature?

Try to create a hull with a Ship Yard III and a Ionic Concussion BLaster. Give the order to create a storm and repeat orders. You will create 252 storms in .1 years!

I use storms in some strategies and the worst for me is that someone can destroy up to 252 of MY storms in a single turn. I think it would be better to have a limit of one storm per turn and component. And a limit of ten per sector.

BTW another problem is that damaging storms don't do damage with a no-scanners storm in the sector.

I can not answer this one, I have never used this setup before.

For me that is a bug. I suggest you to report it in the "Any more bug reports?" thread.

IMHO, there should be only 1 storm per sector. Storms are as big as a huge planet, i think.
